Subscribe your teen, aged 18 years old or less, to one of our cellular services (except prepaid services) by adding him to your account and he will be covered, FREE of charge, by our new protection plan for the term of the contract.

To help your teen take advantage, free of charge, of our Maintenance Plan, complete our electronic application form or print a copy and send it to the following address within 30 days after your child's subscription:

Mobility WirelessCare Maintenance Plan Benefits:

  • Protection against loss, theft, defects or damages caused by the regular use of your cell phone, including personal digital assistants such as a BlackBerry.
  • Replacement within 36 hours** of your lost, stolen or defective cell phone.
  • Extension of your cell phone's manufacturer's warranty.

Subscription Folder:

Once you subscribe to our WirelessCare Maintenance Plan, our Customer Service Department or an authorized NorthernTel Mobility dealer will give you a folder that you should keep. If you've lost this folder, print out the PDF version.

Note: Our WirelessCare Maintenance Plan allows you to replace a lost, stolen, defective or damaged (if through normal use) cell phone.
  
Your authorized dealer will require a proof of age.
* Early termination fees of $35 apply if the WirelessCare Maintenance Plan is cancelled before the 12-month minimal term.
** Delivery times may vary according to the area where the client lives and the type of product that is being replaced. The Motorola M800 (Bag version) is not included in NorthernTel Mobility's WirelessCare Maintenance Plan.
