For residential and business customers with less than 9 10-4 cell phones.

Whether you are using the 10-4 Service for yourself or for your company with less than 9 10-4 cell phones, the steps for managing personal contacts and groups on-line are identical.

It’s now possible to manage your personal contacts and groups through the Internet!

To create or change your list of personal contacts or to delete and add a member to your group, you should, at no charge, create your on-line account from Bell, partner of NorthernTel Mobility in their 10-4 services offers.

Note: The on-line management is only available to post-paid customers.

Create an Account On-line

To proceed with your on-line enrolment, follow the steps below :

If you already have a user name and password, logon to My Account and skip to step 4.

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Select « Not Registered? », then select « Register Now ».
  3. Register by filling out every field.
  4. Configure your profile.
  5. Select the « Add an Account » button.
  6. Select an account then select « Wireless Account ».
  7. This will bring you to the « Add a Wireless Account » page, that will inform you that you have been redirected to the Bell Mobility Customer Service site, partner of NorthernTel Mobility with this 10-4 service offer.
  8. Select « Continue ».
  9. On the On-line Customer Service page, select the post-paid payment method.

After choosing the post-paid payment method, follow the instructions below:

  1. Enter your account number and your password.
  2. Your account number is found on the first page of your invoice and your password is found on your initial service agreement, on your contract.
  3. If you can not find your password, contact our Customer Service Department by email (ntmcustomercaredepartment@ntl.nt.net) or by telephone through our toll free number, 1 800-667-8350. You will be required to provide information of two of the following four items below for means of authentification.
  • Drivers License Number
  • Social Insurance Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Credit Card Number

. One of our representatives will provide you with a temporary password to create your on-line account.

To Logon On-line

Now that you have your on-line account, follow the instructions below to logon:

  1. Logon to My Account
  2. Select the configured telephone number for the 10-4 service.
  3. Select the 10-4 option.
     
Notice to business clients (with 9 10-4 cellphones and more) : The lists and business groups of organizations with more than 9 activated 10-4 cell phones on a partner package of their own must be created on-line using the specific toll for managing the Company’s contacts.
