How To Report a Stolen, Lost or Found Cell Phone
Send an email to ntm.cellphonestolen@ntl.nt.net, indicating your first and last names, your address, as well as home, office and cell phone numbers.

The NorthernTel Mobility customer service department will ensure that the account and all fees are suspended as of the date indicated in your e-mail.
